DJ Sveta is a truly multi-genre DJ. She intuitively reads her audience and plays accordingly, drawing from her enormous library of classic, current and emerging sounds, weaving her way seamlessly through the tracks. She dauntlessly crosses between disco and house, vogue beats to tribal, tech, techno and beyond. A 10,000+ vinyl collection spanning over 2 decades teamed with her passion for discovering new styles yields a unique freshness to Sveta’s sound. Her lifelong obsession with dance music gives her the unique ability to contextualise the music within her sets. Her flawless mixing skills assist her in taking the listener on a heartfelt journey, from a purist House or Techno set to a multi-genre party experience.  She has made her mark nationally (where she is considered spinning royalty) and internationally – having spun her sounds in cities including London, Paris, Verona, Japan, Barcelona, Toronto Copenhagen, Toronto, Berlin, New Zealand, with her biggest audience outside of Australia being in NYC,


As a Music Director, this multi-faceted talent has carved out an additional niche by framing some of the country’s largest fashion events with her signature style, including a decade of runway soundtracks at MBFWA (Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia) as well as being their resident DJ for the past three years. Such events have included fashion shows for Chanel, VOGUE, Collette Dinnigan (Paris Fashion Week), Zimmermann, Bec & Bridge, CAMEO, Johanna Johnson, AJE, 4 years with Steven Khalil, as well as her 12year collaboration as Music Director for top Australian haute couture designer & judge on Australia’s Next Top Model, Alex Perry. alexperry.com.au
Sveta has also made a name for herself as a highly sought after Wedding DJ, especially after her high profile appearances as the DJ at all Marriage Equality rallies in Sydney & for the ‘YES’ announcement in Canberra with Senator Penny Wong. She has extensive experience of playing at both traditional and same sex weddings and loves the fact that there isn’t much difference between them.
